Candidates already listed in this guide may verify their identity and submit answers for factual display in Plan My Ballot and Help Me Decide.

1. Match ballot record

The candidate name must already appear in Plan My Ballot.

2. Pay & verify

Pay the $1.50 Stripe Identity fee and complete secure identity verification. Only manual alternatives require administrator review.

3. Submit questionnaire

Verified candidates share their background, relevant experience, and positions on the issues used by Help Me Decide.

Request a verified candidate profile

Enter the candidate’s name exactly as it appears on the ballot. The office will fill automatically when a matching candidate is located.
